Your Enrollment Journey
We've made the enrollment process simple and supportive. Here's what to expect.
Interest Form
Please complete the online Interest Form to start the admissions process. This helps us understand your needs and begin your journey with Heartland Academy.

After submitting the interest form, you may email or call to schedule a private tour of the school. See our facilities and meet our staff in person.
Schedule NowApplication
After the tour, we will send the application to you via email. A $100 application fee is required at the time of submission.
Learn MoreInitial Follow Up
After reviewing the application and other documentation, if we feel this program would be appropriate for the prospective client, we will call to schedule a Pre-Placement visit.
Contact UsPre-Placement Visit
Prospective clients will be asked to spend a day at the academy. This will allow our educators and administration to observe the client and ensure that Heartland Academy is a good fit for him or her. You may request a second visit if needed.
Get StartedFollow Up
Once the client has spent a day or two with us, the administrator will call you to discuss our observations and recommendations. We can also discuss any financial assistance if available and feasible depending on individual circumstances.
